• lentils
• bulgur
• water
• onion
• tomatoe paste
• dried mint
• parsley
• green onion
• salt and pepper


cook lentils a little bulgur and a little water for 15 minutes, add the onions and cook a bit more. It should be quite thick and pasty. Then add the rest of the ingredients. (everything very thinly sliced)

hand form balls and serve
