• lentils
• tomatoe paste
• salt
• pepper
• olive oil
• red pepper flakes


Cook the lentils in water. When they are all mushy, add the tomato paste, salt and pepper. Before serving, drizzle a little olive oil on top. People can add red pepper flakes if they like.
